The front desk staff were helpful and friendly during check-in. I appreciated the clean room. Housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay. I used the gym and found it adequately equipped for a good workout. The hotel is conveniently close to local shops (, made grabbing necessities easy).
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited for my tastes.

i found the staff helpful, particularly sky. she made sure i had everything i needed (a true gem!). the room was super clean each day, thanks to the excellent housekeeping service. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro, made getting around so easy.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement. I found it somewhat limited in variety.

The location was fairly convenient for accessing nearby facilities.
The room I had showed its age. It really needs some updating. I could smell smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. I think the ventilation system is faulty.
