Excellent Stay!
helpful staff clean room equipped gym convenient location
The front desk staff were helpful and friendly during check-in. I appreciated the clean room. Housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay. I used the gym and found it adequately equipped for a good workout. The hotel is conveniently close to local shops (, made grabbing necessities easy).
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited for my tastes.

The breakfast area had fresh fruit, cheeses, and breads available each morning. A chef cooked omelets to order (I loved the omelets!). The coffee machine worked well and offered a variety of hot beverages.

a good stay with a touch of romance
helpful staff excellent housekeeping metro proximity
i found the staff helpful, particularly sky. she made sure i had everything i needed (a true gem!). the room was super clean each day, thanks to the excellent housekeeping service. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro, made getting around so easy.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement. I found it somewhat limited in variety.

rawan at reception was polite and caring. she ensured i felt welcome. yasir helped me with my luggage and arranged a safe taxi to the airport when i departed.

An Okay Experience with Some Issues
faulty ventilation glue fumes
The location was fairly convenient for accessing nearby facilities.
The room I had showed its age. It really needs some updating. I could smell smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. I think the ventilation system is faulty.
